    I think it means, ideally, this qtr.

    I used to over-think it and figure that if a company's telegraphing a transaction, it couldn't be anything too flash.

    Then the RYG shell I was holding announced Xped lol
    More recently, look at the last MDI qtr, prior to the gold transaction.

    Sometimes Occam's Razor applies.
