    agree another 1 year to 1.5 year without any interference perhaps SMM's other entity might jump in this time to create another hiccup.. just my thoughts.. In my view just start digging the tenement for which we got the green light... DYOR . in my view this will drag for another year and will go into administration.. just like most of the speckies...
