Seals, I think the latter is correct, it's too much of a rout if you don't consider the strategic value in having a consultant have that amount of control purely in options - chances are it will be a takeover target before the drilling completes... when I first saw the announcement, I went from being in awe, to angry, now after thinking about it, I think it's actually a semi-decent deal...
