I think its hilarious that people buy and sell on hotcoppers posters expectations of what the company should be providing ....JP is doing a great job with being transparent .....imagine the head of any other company replying to a share holders email the same day ???

Harvey Norman wouldn't do that when they sold me a shit phone despite a whole page on their website devoted to 'buy with confidence' and 'customer satisfaction guaranteed'
