If you back door list through a run down shell company. ASX only requires a reduced disclosure prospectus.
You can be nice and vague. This you have already picked up on.

These guys specialise in these types of listings.
The vendors make their money.
Brokers make their money.
The SI's who get cheap share get a nice 20% 30% as there is always free options and sweeteners attach. Ramp on HC
The director get there salarys and consulting fees.
Facilitaters get their % for setting it all up.
And the ramping begins. Tip sheets. Brokers report who have shares. Etc etc
