I think the company response when it was up 38% at 1.7 cents and around 40 million volume on Day 1 of the Great Run was reasonable. The ASX asked the question, the company responded we have nothing to announce. Business as usual.

The fact that after that ticket the stock continued to run even harder in the final hours of that session was enough for me to anticipate that the ASX would not let the market open on Day 2 of the Great Run without a response. And when 140 million changed hands in just 30 minutes of trading, I expected the ASX would act to suspend trading altogether.

The company would know that this sort of volume in 30 minutes is not going to wash with a "nothing to see here" response. Hence the TH to give it time to consult and carefully articulate a response that will not land it in hot water.

It all points to a major deal being close to fruition, I just hope that the way the SP traded doesn't put that in jeopardy as it does look very untidy.
