xtvo is an option to buy at the target price before an expiry date. (in this case XTVO = target of 2cents by june or july 2018 i think off memory)
so like buying a car with only a deposit but you need to pay it in full by the option expiry mid 2018 (pay 0.004c today and pay the rest by mid 2018)
You dont have to wait to sell it, you can trade it anytime....

on the last big run when XTV share price touched 3.4c options were at 1.5c.....
