well in my experience from other stocks.. as soon as the news comes out, unless it has a $$ figure attached to it, the share price will fall.. Hopefully however to a new higher base though. 4.5-4.8.
As the old saying goes, buy on rumor sell on fact.
Anyways thats just my cynical opinion
