Here's how I see this panning out in my optimistic mood atm.
LT holders are awaiting their virtually free 1 for 5 options at the 4cent strike. The company brings out a mega Ann at the same time as the options prospectus,the SP goes bonkers, everyone converts so company has cash to expand, everyone(LTHs) is happy and there is no need to ever do a CR as the money will be pouring in.
That's my best case scenario.
