You should be selling each and every one of them to the bourse you are listed on ? ?
It doesn't have to be price sensitive but marketing 101 says you should update your home exchange to your attendance and release a copy of the presentation to be given - even if for half the conferences it is the same presentation just release it again and again.
If you want to help your stock price you need to sell it to investors to show you are proactive and build their excitement along with your own - it's no good directors & staff being excited if you are not passing that on to investors and potential ones.
Plus it's much easier to deal with big companies and for them to take a more serious approach if you build your value as opposed to running the penny stock story.
