You, personally, may not like this rule but the law is the law. Both were subject to the same law.
That is what you have problems with understanding. Unless there is substantive new evidence, MB's case will not be re-opened. There is no such evidence. No-one wants an innocent man to be gaoled. Where is the substantive evidence?????
Nowhere.
And that law is applied to EVERYONE IN GAOL. New (and real) evidence is required, not conspiracy garbage with no base in fact.
