GMM or GXY or both and why, page-38

If...and I say if GXY thinking about offering a piece of SDV then there's really only one option than makes sense. They need to get together. One takes out the other or a simply merger. Final valuation could get tricky but...if your looking out long term? Does a few % points either way matter?

Controlling 100% of the cashflow and getting scale would prevent ...to a degree a takeover by others...Do GXY or GMM want to deal with someone else?

The other option if GXY doesn't want to share is for GMM to go get a cheap "Lithium Triangle" asset also. ASY just picked one up today and their MC is ONLY 15M. Plus, they have a Lithium project in Tasmania.

Smart consolidation is the way to go.
