How do you mean steaily growing dividends
@PimpMyStock ? They have only paid one so far haven't they? True.. if not to many customers left in uproar after their 28 plan tweaks they might well post a good uplift in margin and profit this year. After that though, all bets are off in my opinion.
How much do you think someone would pay per customer to buy Amaysim and its customer base? Amaysim themselves paid $500 / customer for Vaya, and that is a much lower ARPU.
Presuming Amaysim didn't overpay for those customers, I can't see TPG or anyone paying that much per user.. I have posted before, but it would be pretty easy to lure customers away much more cheaply with some not to difficult promotional activities.
ie: Equivalent plan as amaysim, say $29 /month. Half Price for 24 months.. A very very good deal for the customer (equivalent service for $15 /month) and it would only cost TPG $350.. Customer is happy, TPG gets their new customer, margin squeezing.. fun times!
