To my understanding of the reasons for termination.
1. was the title referring.... $93M LOI to Purchase 3dcloud TV from AT&T
it was corrected to this :$93M purchase of 3dcloudTV Products
2. The Company also noted that the $1.8M order referenced was specifically a contract between AT&T Services (AT&T was to deliver/install the TV's, they are not the end user/buyer)
I wouldn't worry too much, July is the delivery date.
