The last report says they have $350k in the bank as of 31 March. They said the next drilling will cost $350k. Based on that advice admin and the all important Directors fees can't be paid.

But these dreamers want to put office and storage facilities and a team of geologists on site - before the end of May (like within two and a half weeks).

It is clear the share price has been "held" around 0.008c to hold the average sp to limit the placement to above 4 cents. I expect news to arrive within the next 7 days on fundraising.

200,000,000 shares placed at 0.004c will raise $800k before charges (and nearly one billion shares on issue). This fundraiser will be the last dilution for KRC if nothing is found in these fantastic epithermal veins. With recession predicted before end of year they will have no way to raise further meaningful funds.

The company is searching for a Lotto ticket in the veins and after 5 years and $millions being spent on searching in the wrong theory story, it appears the Lotto ticket has eroded like the copper, gold and silver and maybe the lithium.
