First hand customer experience review on their kickstarter campaign:

"Hi! I finally received my buds (via carrier and through customs) which is exciting at first but disappointment soon set in.
Couple of problems I've faced:
1. No instructions on how to adjust the settings and use the buds. Unless you're an audiophile, it seems to be a case of trial and error. Which brings me to my second problem..
2. No matter what setting I put it to, there is a constant buzz of interference and the sounds are not true. There is a definite distortion in the sounds that I am trying not to isolate and listen to.
My primary purpose for getting these buds is for work, where I am surrounded by loud compressor and equipment noise but would still like to be able to communicate with my clients and colleagues. However, this does not really eliminate the compressor noise and instead distorts the voices of people around me and has a constant buzzing noise (like interference in an old radio) that is rather distracting/annoying.
Here staff, can you please help? Any advice on how to solve this would be good! Otherwise this is starting to look like an expensive paperweight."

I suggest you read the comments on their kickstarter campaign. They all read similarly. Looks like a dud and it doesn't even do the same thing as IQbud.
