The Company is in advanced discussions with an Australian-own telecommunication services provider on a joint venture arrangement, consistent with the Company’s existing roll out strategy. The joint arrangement is being considered by the Company and is subject to board approval.

The agreement is already in writing by the Australian owned telco... All it needs is a sign off by the board... Huge deal here in the making and this must be why we aren't trading... People who didn't buy in before the halt will have to pay up big time after the deal is announced IMO
