Below is a weekly chart of National Storage REIT (NSR).
There was a recently a buy signal when PA had a breakout above $1.70 - $1.75 resistance area with conviction. SP is trading above both the 50w and 100w sma's which is bullish. Momentum indicators have been very bullish since mid-April with continued strong +ve expansion.
MACD had a bullish up-cross during early-March since with an expanding +ve histogram. MACD histogram (0.035) is at its highest level in over 2yrs. MACD bullish momentum has continued to expand rapidly due to recent PA. This is a bullish signal.
Stochastics bullish higher lows have been formed >20 during February/March, yet never reached oversold conditions. Stochastics had recently entered the bullish continuation region (>80) and due to recent strength looks to remain there for a while longer yet. This too is a bullish signal however altogether - is a very bullish signal.
IMO bullish over the next 6 - 12mths. DYOR.
