    May 13 (Reuters) - Viagold Capital Ltd (VIA) :

    • Viagold Mining Group Limited and Smart Triumph Group Holdings Limited have

      entered into a memorandum of understanding

    • Says MOU is regarding a proposed cooperation to establish a mining equipment

      cooperation company

    • Registered capital of JV of hk$1 million; Party A will invest hk$700,000 and

      Party B will invest hk$300,000 respectively
