Every share on the ASX is 'not reflective of the net assets/value ' if you asked the Directors/major shareholders.
But they don't delist and suggest that they 'may' provide a secondary market for the poor mug remaining wood duck shareholders. And the reasoning of costs,etc is just plain embarrassing rubbish.
Of course they can bid for all the shares at any price while ECO is listed. Why not do it then? The market cap is a miserly $4.6m. ASIC would not stand in the way.
No, they'll use their shares to vote in favour and leave the little shareholder to rot with no escape.
An absolute corporate disgrace if they get away with this travesty.
