The thing I have found with buying shares when I first started off was I wanted HUGE returns in days or a week, I was very impatient and greedy.
I have learnt a lot since then and now do my scans of the ASX with my criteria then what pops up I will go look at and research, before investing. It has paid off the majority of times and I am happy with where I am with my low knowledge of the share market, but I am prepared to keep learning.
Read what you can on here, there are many good posters, but also remember that there are posters that will pump & dump. One of the things I got caught up with in late 90' & early 2000 and was burnt bad.
Have your exit strategy and be prepared to cut your losses sometimes, when things dont pan out. Do not get emotional with the shares and dont use money that you cant afford to lose.
I wish you the best in your investment with PIO and hope you and all of us that have shares in the company have a BIG windfall from a SP surge
Heres a couple of links for you to have a look at and maybe help or guide you along the way.
