Below is a weekly chart of Fletcher Building Limited (FBU).
SP has continued to rise meeting downtrend channel resistance at $8.03 near the 76.4Fib retracement. MACD histogram has continued to expand which is a bullish signal. Stochastics entered the bullish continuation region after forming higher lows during late Q1 leaving the oversold region delayed.
The strength in momentum should assist the SP blow past current resistance on its way to the next area for resistance at $8.45 - $8.50.
IMO bullish over the next 6 - 12mths.
