In the assumptions of Bruno's report it says TC/RC was A$100/tonne, whereas in reality the going rate is somewhere around US$100/t plus US 10c/lb. A 30% concentrate would translate to about USD0.25/lb of copper, or about 34 aussie cents per pound.
That all assumes there will ever be any concentrate out of the plant!
