Look at SBM, and the amount of shares they had on issue when they were 4 cents(just over a year ago, now 50c) when they started making cash, they bought undertook a share buyback.. Once the cash starts coming, an good capital management will sort the shares on issue out.

I too am as frustrated as everyone on this board.. and it will be break or bust for MSC over the next 12 mths. Big orders need to occur in the next half year. I am eager to see how much Vic spends in this rights issue, i.e. will he put his money where his mouth is.. If so I believe the future is indeed bright..
