i dont think we have much of a choice with sed's pi$$ pour attempt to get a better offer out of aus, i mean cba now have a 17% stake in aus game over. however if a much higher bid did occur and you have already accepted auselect's offer. auselect would have to evaluate that offer and therefore hypotheically this being hypotheical accept the offer which would in turn make them cash rich and what better place to be in a market like this.
