Have to agree with Bobbyb here guys. It's important to keep perspective and not get too far into the realms of perhaps a type of Shale Heaven !!! Apologies to Oily.

Sorry Oily BUT it will be hard to know what an ACCURATE B/Even is until we have the size of this Sweetspot and a flow rate/decline rate.

Positive factors continue to line up however I think it dangerous to assume much lower than $40bbl currently as there are still so many play unknowns and even this number is making a very positive assumption that we will see a strong well performance.

The fact however remains that IF we see around $40bbl and the oil price continues it's recent trend and 88E/Bex put together some impressive Sweetspot numbers and analysis via the seismics then Oilies numbers will start to look more realistic as unrealistic as they may seem to some atm.

This is why I see $50bbl as perhaps a marker for investors and deal makes alike. Not saying it most definitely is but surely given all the circumstantial evidence as well as the factual from the play over the last few months that some risk will be put to bed.
