Ive speculated that HZNs' "(we) have now settled on a satisfactory solution (to the bond problem) "could be appropriate wording to the rejigging of the ORE (oil repayment entitlement).
A bid for HZN could,in a cakewalk,be a" satisfactory etc." alternative.
Im unsure the precise point at which an expressionof an intention to become intertwined withHZN,in some fashion,has to be communicated to ASX. A phone call from one company to the other to "have a chat about things"- would that require ASX to be advised?
