Question.
If the entire business is broken up and sold:
1. Does money in excess of that required to pay creditors get paid out to shareholders as a "final dividend"?
2. Is there likely to be more money made in the sale of all parts of the business (MolyCop, steel, mines) than that owed to creditors?
3. Is there much incentive to hold out for the best price when selling off parts of the business beyond making sure the banks get what they are owed?.
