Anyone believing MP1 has achieved 100% nameplate capacity has yet to understand Mr Williams' announcements. Let us have a look at those smooth words:
1 February 2005 : We are now VERY CONFIDENT that the plant will achieve 100% nameplate capacity of 360,000 litres p.a in the first quarter of this year as indicated last year. RESULTS = not achieved.
March Newsletter:
Have reached a stage where WE ARE COMFORTABLE that 100% nameplate capacity can be reached. RESULTS: Comfortable urh?.
A modular approach to expansion IS LIKELY, based on the experience of current plant. RESULTS: Oops, do we need to say more about Mr William's likely approach to expansion?
5 July 2006: CMQ had spent CONSIDERABLE EFFORT over the LAST SIX MONTHS towards making this strategic change a reality. This has led to the company identifying and advancing negotiations with strong potential partners. RESULTS: Do we need to say more about the 9 months of SPENT CONSIDERABLE EFFORTS towards making strategic change, what's there to show?

We have already commenced discussions.... some of which are WELL ADVANCED, I hope that we will be in a position to conclude some of those discussions. RESULTS : Well advanced? Hope to conclude?
I am pleased to report the international independent expert review validated the changes to the manufacturing process and provide independent confirmation.... As I write we are WELL ADVANCED in the process of bringing the plant back to full operation and IT IS PERFORMING WELL. Results: really well advanced and performing well?
5 September 2006: We have been able to streamline our manufacturing operations considerably and have now satisfied ourselves that the facility can operate at design nameplate.
This must be the mother of all news: VERY CONFIDENT to COMFORTABLE to WELL ADVANCED & IT IS PERFORMING WELL to WE HAVE NOW SATISFIED OURSELVES!!! What's next Mr Williams?
