Why raise at 0.003 when current sp is currently at 0.007 and first board had fixed placement set and approved by shareholders at 0.007?

Now dilution kicks in again with an additional 205m shares to raise little funding that ultimately pays back internal debtors and administrative costs.

Not too happy.

Wished company first had option to acquire something worth investing in to push up share price eg high grade gold / silver / copper / lithium etc to get share price back to the 2 cent consolidation price. Then do a cap raising around 1.5 cents to secure the asset and to fund exploration and drilling. At 1.5 cents capital raising for the same number of shares would raise 3m. Much better outcome for all involved.
