Unfortunately it seems to be the only way IK wants to raise funds these days. Outcome is fairly predictable.
At least if holders had been given the opportunity to participate at that price, they would have held onto the shares for a bit.
Better hope the old gold mining kicks off ASAP, or at the very least IK does a better job of keeping people updated which will prop up the SP. If he doesn't, those options are toast.
