The big difference (in terms of metrics) is that Nuplex has negative growth when FX is removed from the equation.
When you have negative growth, you're going to be valued on a low P/E and definitely not on price to sales.
Even so, with those metrics it seems like a great buy back at 2-3 dollars a share, and by the sounds of it, that Belgium company still thinks its a good buy at 5.50 NZD a share.
