agreed. but it can reverse the other way as quickly and volatility is high. look at yesterday a 1 cent range on only 1.5mil. i am waiting for this to beat the cap at 11.5 level. historically 11.5 to 12.5 has been congested. if it passes and holds above then it becomes a buy for me. if not too risky from a ta perspective in the st.
