Hints by not using relist or ipo terms I think? But they've not at all tried to pretend that it's a continuation of medical based business. Though, strategic acq that will benefit AGX so maybe it's just as it is.
No dates though, still vague.
Positive, MC around ~7m post consol with new shares. Potential 2m revenue in first 9 months, solid impetus to get SP moving. Could get to 15¢ (21m MC) with out much effort considering other coys going around.
Negative, CR price subject to market sentiment so could go down further. Or go down post consol, waiting game. Been in too many of these RTO style waiting periods. Think I'll try get in after it all goes down.
