wonder if this accounts for why they do one phone call telling a client to sell a particular stock and then do another call telling another client that they should buy the same stock.
I understand that is a CARE program.
They 'care' about their bank account
I feel sorry for any of the good ones I know - because they often get tarred with the same brush as the 'others'.
