Offtake partners in China already have been engaged (buyers approaching BB) but at this stage no formal agreements entered as you have correctly pointed out the quantity is yet to be defined. His focus is bringing the prospect to a JORC compliant resource as the immediate focus but also aware of the unique position a seller may have in the market at the moment.
Learning from the mistakes of gold miners, you wouldn't want to enter into an agreement with a risks of inability to supply as then the obligations would need to be met with spot prices which as we know at the moment is ridiculously high.
Overall a very prudent approach with the right focus! BB is very open to meet with shareholders if you have questions
