In regards to Debt, Simon mentioned that they current have USD $35 million outstanding, and they would not be paying this out earlier than necessary given the fact that interest rates are currently libor plus 3%, they pay this out over 7 quarterly payments.

He didn't specifically mention reworking Santander.

In regards to the wet season, he mentioned that March was the wettest month on record, but despite that their material movement is still up 32% year on year. Apparently, they are very happy with Maca's performance.
