Well, I ask again - is the tech actually 'on the market'? As far as I know, there have been no sales. A prototype hasn't even been developed yet. At least the findface guys have commercialised their product into an app.

Also, when you say it's the only tech that "does what it does", what do you actually mean by that? The article I posted says findface IDs people in large crowds and sources their personal information via social network profiles in real time. Isn't this pretty much the same thing Anytime proposes to do?
