Well OCJ's cost is 3 c..But OCJ will certainly know how the collective power of other small shareholders can easily defeat the SOA and therefore they will also try to find a figure high enough that, at least, top 20 holders and most FMS united will accept, and low enough that allows them to get a decent return on capital that's been stuck for at least 3 years.

One thing for sure: shareholders can just sit back and wait for Todd's pitch..Todd, on the other hand, will have many nights of internal meeting and scratching heads...

I actually phoned up Todd's number days ago and the guy on the other side was still playing down the importance of FMS for the balla balla project....I guess he was just a low level phone guy with definite intructions on how to respond to certain questions..must say he was well briefed by his boss as he was confortable in answering tricky questions..
