sounds to me like the judge has had enough of the camel humpers claims and is now focussing on our counter-claim (great news). The next hearing is only 1 week away too so things are starting to ramp up nicely. I still have reservations as to whether we will ever see a dime from them, but I think a result in our favour will at least put this ugly part of our past to bed once and for all. I'll just keep my oppies tightly tucked away for a bit longer until this things springs back to life (hopefully sooner rather than later)
