Certainly there is a high demand for imported foods in China. If I remember correctly, GCN has justified its interest in Chinese grapes because their produce is going to be officially organic.
What I am curious about is how GCN acquired such a supposedly valuable resource for zilch in cash. A deal of that type seems to me to be unlikely. I remember they did the similarly unlikely deals with the First Mongolian manganese mine and Priority One.
We know where those fantasies took them.
