Well if someone wants a 60% stake for $100m who are we to say no, when there is all that CAPEX need doing too?
I doubt it is 60%, I suspect it is more, but I certainly would support a $100m cash injection as fair value is no different to house prices... value is the transaction price not necessarily the asking price
