I have seen this before with many other stocks in the past when shares come out of escrow , throw in the fact that sentiment could not be any worse only magnifies this .
Just as this overshot to the top at $ 1.96 it has overshot to bottom at 0.14 .
Overshot to the bottom is a understatement , over 30 % under IPO price is absolutely ridiculous .
Even a mild improvement in sentiment would see a major improvement with the sp st this extreme low .
