I have seen quite a few posts on here since the start of the year speculating on takeovers so I'll throw in what I've been told.
I conversed with Richard in January regarding whether management would prefer a takeover or would like to see the company reach its full potential. I won't post his response word for word but in short a takeover won't be happening.
Given he has been with Emefcy for 6 years and is their largest shareholder he is quite content with waiting and building the company to its full potential and the board are of the same view.
Personally I'd be pretty filthy if they sold out for $2 or $3 billion when 5-10 years down the track the company could be worth 4 or 5 times that value.
