an ex-employee with a score to settle is not necessarily going to give an objective state of affairs.

The above is true, but an ex employee obviously has contacts and while it may not be objective there would be some facts there.

Anyway of course the market is not happy with how they are going, this would be because the uncertain placement, as all these companies rely on funding to keep going until, some of them actually make money.

And the reason for the hold up or problems with the placement is due to the sell off that went out of control, maybe caused by being too greedy, and setting off stop losses and panic,

Now the company may or may not have done anything wrong, but I would say those negotiating the placement were the ones selling it down, it went a bit too far due to spooked investors, it was looked into after complaints and now they are a bit scared to go through with it.
And of course the company knew about the placement negotiations, they said so.

So this leaves the company with a problem to fund the business for the next stage, whatever that will be,
Others can come in now who didn't own before and get a bargain, MAYBE.

So the company market cap is at fall over price, if there is funding the price will rise, if not I still think it is worth more as a listed shelf company.

There is a lot of buyers waiting, if there is a funding package that is reasonable the price will zoom up, and it will be quick, so do you get in now and wait, or try and play quick finger when/if it happens.
