according to one of hajda2's post (Posted Thursday 07/09/06 08:49pm) on the other board "they are negotiating with KNOC, CNOOC and are waiting for a partner before things really take off" and "negotiating with KNOC is difficult as they are a government organisation and things move slowly".
It seems that the KNOC negotiations are not over and out as some have suggested but rather are just taking a lot longer.
