Yeap, definitely.
Although any talk of a price going down and taking advantge of it is, by hot copper definition, downramping. My view is if it looks like it's going to go down then i'll call that as it is, sell out, and yes buy back in. And make money along the way? It's no different to all those calling an upwards price movement, albeit without the rosy glasses on.
