I see a figure of $8, perhaps a credit(?) was mentioned for pumping into TAP's ?

Would this be a catalyst for the drop to a $35 BE, in other words INCLUSIVE in the $35 ?
Would explain why we havnt seen a number yet if not agreed upon by Alaskans and pipe operators.
Conoco a major TAP's owner so they MIGHT just do it given they owe PB big time !!!
