Hi S3 when i spoke to him he did not elaborate who they were in discussions with only that the 2 whom they were talking to were no go's....would have assumed one to be fmg..other unknown....with the state gov't situation they need to drive investment etc...grants available...merger and aquasitions could have been a possibility....BCI is showing endevour and outside the box thinking....heaps of contractors here in the west want work...many an option abound....lack of intent and integrity did not assist
