Yes. if ppl will just consider again China allow families to have more than 1 child, around August/ September we will see sales increase.
New tax regulation will affect retailers/ daigous, but this will be offset by sales in T-mall/ other online sales in which govt has better access to track.
Increase in population = increase in sales will also translate to increase in tax revenue for Chinese govt.
